As part of our culture and values at Volo Aero MRO we have monthly “all hands” meetings where we bring the team together and discuss issues for the company and team. Looking at what we have done in the past month, and what is upcoming in the next month. We also take the opportunity to recognize team members who have exhibited values of the company in front of the rest of the team.
In July we celebrated the best month we have ever had as a company as well as welcoming Kenedy as our Engineering Intern.
Here at Volo Aero MRO we strongly believe that if we are in alignment with our values our customers will see the difference in the service they receive. That means bringing values alive, not just posting them on the wall.
