In our latest capability update we have added the support of the V2500 platform by adding the 2A0086 Stage 1 Cooling deflector duct and the 4B0182 Starter idler gear. The stage 1 cooling duct repair was established to support our customer who had a critical need for a repair source that was economical and able to turn parts quickly for their engine build requirement. This part was received processed and shipped back to the customer in less than 7 days.
For the support of another V2500 accessory drive gear PN 4B0182 the starter idler gear is yet another gear that Volo Aero MRO supports adding to a long list of gears supported by our team. This part requires balance and chrome repairs in addition to inspections NDT and blend repairs. Providing our customers cost effective repair options to reduce engine overhaul costs.
